warmer clothes, and tasty treats!

We gather together as FAMILY three days each
week! This time of year draws us even closer as
we celebrate holidays that highlight what a
family truly means… love, caring, sharing,
playing, eating, hugging, smiles & laughter.
At Helping Hands we believe in the motto:
Live...Laugh...Love…..more!
It’s these personal connections that make us
grateful each day to know our friendships matter
and while the rest of the world is rushing about
in holiday madness, we are having a calm, quiet
moment in our own safe haven.

How Old Is God?

The red poinsettias and holly decorate the room
Christmas day will be here soon.
The Christmas tree’s all bright with glitter.
And in a few days, a big turkey dinner.
This is the way that Christmas should be.
And all in America are happy and free.
At midnight, all animals bow down on their knees.
They know it’s His birthday, the same as we.
The celebration in Heaven is greater than ours.
They do not give gifts, just love and flowers.
How old is God? Count the stars in the sky.
Just add forever, because God will never die.
