MEALS AT HELPING HANDS
9:00-10:00 am Morning Snack/Coffee Talk
12:00-1:00 Lunch

All Meals served will include the 4 main food groups with a
choice of beverage, including milk, vegetables, bread, & dessert.
A Vegetarian option is available every day. We do not serve Pork.
Snack Pass with water is served to everyone at 1:30 PM.

Each year as we strive to meet our expenses the board decides on fund raisers that give our community an opportunity to support the program. This year our fund raisers will be:

Volunteer of the Month
Chris Oparowski

Chris was born in Rancho Cucamonga,
Upland, CA. He graduated from Leigh High School in Los Gatos. Chris played the mid field position in soccer during his High School years.
He was involved with the Roman Catholic
Church until he decided to attend Twin Cities. Chris loves to play cards. Texas Hold Em, Poker, and Gin Rummy are favorites he plays with a group of men and women at his apartment complex. He listens to Christian rock music. Chris has a cat he rescued from the pound and her name is Tiger. He loves animals and speaks fondly of Brittany, the dog he had
while growing up. Chris has his parents close by in Lake Wildwood and enjoys weekly visits with them. Chris loves seniors which is why he enjoys volunteering at Helping Hands. Thank you Chris, for your positive attitude and willingness to help!
